Fees

We require that you contact us first to discuss your circumstances and then we will determine whether we will be able to assist you. After we come to a verbal agreement, we will advise you of what else is needed so that we can proceed on your behalf.

Our fees are based on the type of service rendered.

For Autopsy services, the fee is due with the signed permit. However, we may be able to negotiate an assignment of insurance.

For Investigation and Consultation services, the fee is based on the complexity of the case. Casework commences with the receipt of the retainer fee, after acceptance of the case through telephone or written agreement.
